He says those Serbs who want to be involved in Kosovo institutions are being blackmailed and arrested by Serbia.
Serbia is continuing with persecution and arrests of Serbs who are accused of engaging in our institutions. Because they have been asked to resign from our institutions under pressure, they are now punished through arrests and threatened through various forms of”.
Svecla says Serbia's intentions for destabilising our country have largely weighed down on citizens of the Serb community, who have been consistently used as a tool for achieving their goals.
“They have been repeatedly threatened, attacked, cars and their properties have just burned down Serbia's illegal plates, their businesses have been destroyed every time the owners have refused to be part of their games. Otherwise, the voices have been stopped unjustly and for hours by Serbia's police and secret service, while now when we are in the election process, many candidates have been hampered and resigned due to the pressure of numerous” attacks.
He invites Serbian citizens to come out to vote tomorrow, saying that through the vote tomorrow they can be released from groups learned by Serbia's president. The election process in 4 northern municipalities will be held tomorrow, and despite fears and uncertainty that tend to spread specific and orchestrated circles, I call on citizens to participate in the vote. Tomorrow is the possibility that through the citizens' vote, groups that have led under Vuciq's correction will receive the deserved answer and citizens will eventually be freed from them.
