Stano: Tomorrow talks on first steps for implementation of Kosovo- Serbia

European Union spokesman Peter Stano has spoken about this.

Stano said the two sides should commit to creating an atmosphere of reconciliation and to begin rapidly implementing the commitments they have made.

He stressed that the parties must refrain from actions that would create the opposite.
