The Ministry of Health has announced a rare case at the Neonatology Clinic at the Kosovo Clinical and University Centre of a baby born in the 26th and underweight week.
After two months of treatment at this clinic, the baby has been released from health clinics.
The director of Neonatology, Hajrije Ismaili, has also spoken of the case.
We've had a baby recently who was born 26 weeks with a low birth weight, even after staying in the clinic for two months has been released home in good health”, Ismaili declared.
By 2022, 954 babies have found treatment at this clinic.
