According to Vela, Belgrade did not go according to this article yesterday after voting against accepting Kosovo's application to the Council of Europe.
Moreover, the first of Osman's cabinet stated that Serbia has a list of violations of this agreement, which it has mentioned, which are customs stamps, university diplomas, integrated border management and free movement, car IDs and license plates, cadastre documents, energy, and the agreement to exchange interlocking officers.
