According to Jeremic this Monday in Strasbourg, the Committee of Ministers of Council of Europe member states will be held, where Kosovo's accession to the KiE will be considered.
There is a two-thirds majority vote, and Kosovo has that majority without conflict, but there are from 2011, so the procedure has never started so far.
