Foreign policy on stagnation, without ending dialogue, there can be progress in integration processes.

In addition to failing to recognise from the five non-recognitional countries, analysts say that without the end of the dialogue, Kosovo may have an advantage in integration processes.

European integration recognition, Agron Hoti, says the delays in signing the Ohrid Agreement have also cracked out with reports with the US.

Hoti links these reports even with the recognition of five non-species.

If the Kosovo-Serbia agreement gives the chance to peace and prosperity of regional integration, then the likelihood that the five non-recognising countries will recognise Kosovo are great, but that will always depend on how Kosovo and Serbia will walk in the European integration process”

And the most difficult state to recognise Kosovo, according to Hoti continues to be Spain. He says that only the United States of America can help Kosovo in this direction.

The most problematic “is Spain as always, as there is an administration that has committed to Brussels to prevent Kosovo's independence at any cost and any official document of the Republic, and certainly there must be the biggest lobby in Spain. Absolutely, if we relax the reports with the United States, where unfortunately we have them at the lowest possible point, then surely America has good reports with Spain and other Latin American countries”, says Hoti.

While Political Science Professor Dritare Arifi says of Online Economy that diplomacy has not had Kosovo's advancement in the international arena in focus.

The MPJ says more has been dealt with by downloads of ambassadors than by bringing any recognition.

The Foreign Ministry, yes, its focus at the beginning, was not the advance of the Republic of Kosovo in the international or regional arena.
