Dyle rifle, 56 rounds, pistol: The court condemns Avni Dehar for the weapons arsenal held at home

The raid that had been carried out in August 2016 on Avni Dehar's property, now deputy of the Parliament, resulted in the capture of an arsenal involving except ʹsprisont) writing “NATO”, a pistol “Cervena Zastav”, M84, 25 calibre bullets of the same pistol, a long rifle with optics (two lbi), a Kalashnikov and 31 other dams that are described in the decision as different ones, reports Insedder newspaper.
It would be nearly five years from this raid until the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina froze an indictment against MP Dehari.

The act against him in this case, for possession of illegal weapons, was established in July 2021 by the Randa Crime Department, reportedly in the decision provided by Insander newspaper.
The prosecution had agreed to the plea, which the court would admit, and the verdict on the case was then handed over a year later.
In the decision, Judge Returning Shyti, although applying a cash sentence of only 700 euros, finds the decision to be fair and legitimate. It also says that this measure will prevent the convict, in this case MP Avni Dehari from doing this work in the future, but it will affect that others do not do the same, says the decision Isander has made.

Avni Dehari, born in 1947, in the village of Slopcan, the Kumanovo district is currently deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement, the ruling party that has the parliamentary majority in the country.
