Meanwhile, film footage published by the Ukrainian Army shows the major disasters in the populated areas of the besieged city of Bakhmut.
Ukrainian military leaders say they have dimmed the Russian offensive around the city. On Saturday, President Vladimir Putin announced Russia's plans to deploy tactical nuclear weapons to neighbouring Belarus.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday that Russia's defeat would provide reliable guarantees against new aggressions and crises.
“Kremlin is losing in his efforts to enslave our people”, President Zelensky said.
Ukraina leader said that, in co-operation with the International Criminal Court, Ukrainian justice is doing everything to ensure the responsibility of Russian war criminals, as he put it.
Meanwhile, President Vladimir Putin announced plans Saturday to deploy tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus. The Russian leader said the move comes in response to Britain's decision to give Ukraine tank shells containing impoverished uranium.
We've already transferred our known systems to Belarus, Iscaner that are very efficient. On April 3rd, we begin training teams and 1 July construction of the special facility where nuclear tactical weapons will be held”.
Nuclear tactical weapons are used in the field of battle and have a short range of action, and the damage is smaller compared to much more powerful nuclear warheads placing in long-range missiles.
