For reaching agreement between the two states, the deputy head of the Foreign Affairs Commission has spoken, at the same time, deputy PDK, Xhavit Haliti.
Halit told Front Online that this achievement of the agreement is to solve some of the problems of the two states.
According to Halit, Kosovo does not need Serbia's recognition.
