The first testimony in this case was concluded after the witness answered the defense questions of the accused and the court.
In reserve judge Vladimir Miula's questions, the witness answered that his father has lost sight of eight years after the torture where, according to him, the accused Shala was involved.
After completing his testimony, the head of the Court of Special Court, Mapie Veldt-Foglia, instructed the witness not to discuss his testimony with anyone before the Special Court.
Today's judicial review is expected to continue with another witness.
