So at least he let Vucic know himself through a post on his Facebook social network.
“We found that forming association is a priority, but also that much more effort, work and conversation is needed to solve problems accumulated in Kosovo's daily life”, Vucic wrote.
Vucic has further announced that he is invited to attend the Democracy Summit at the invitation of President Joe Biden.
Kosovo and Serbia on Monday, according to EU foreign and security policy chief Josep Borrell, have accepted the European Union's proposal, or widely known as the Franco-German proposal, from now on, the agreement on the road to normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia.
The February 27th agreement, which is aimed at normalising relations between the two states, in neither of its 11 articles envisions mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia, but Kosovo, in addition to establishing the Association of Serb Major States, is required to form the status of Serbian Orthodox Churches together with Serbia.
