According to the announcement, from March 2022 to December, the defendant through false appearance has deceived the injured A.A., promising to overhaul the Slovak visa for his son, reports “The Justice Vow”.
The Prizren court disclosed that for visas, the defendant has asked the injured in continued money, until the total amount amounts to 17 thousand euros.
The injured man sent the money to H.H. Through bank transactions, while on December 16th and 17th, 2022, the defendant has signed it over the phone in the Bosnian language with the words “will massacre you”.
The defendant will remain in custody for a month.
