PDK Parliamentary Group chief Abelard Tahiri has said the Constitutional Court ruling has indicated that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has failed to adopt an important institution such as the KKP.

At a media conference Saturday, Tahiri has accused Kurti of trying to place it under the KKP's claws, but that the Constitutional did not allow it.

“We have had an extremely long debate and have asked the justice minister and prime minister for this bill to be withdrawn because, as such, it certainly does not meet the constitutional standards of the Republic of Kosovo and cannot pass. Last night, the Constitution has made it public that it has brought this law against the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, which is very good news of justice in Kosovo that Albin Kurti's great power failed to put an institution as important as KPK”, he said.
