MP Tahiri said Kosovo has taken some painful steps “that actually affect what has been proclaimed on February 17th -- the country's independence”.
“The 3rd preamble paragraph is very painful because as a country to respect the constitutionality of both countries and in one form or another as Kosovo's government to accept the fact, so to continue to function as part of the pre-mult of Serbia's constitution, it is harmful and painful. Tahiri said that already the association is a fact done.
