The NATO Alliance has been present in Kosovo for many years. The Allies are committed to continue contributing to the continuation of the presence in Kosovo. We also work with the European Union in Kosovo. We also appreciate discussions conducted with EU mediation between Serbia and Kosovo. We think this is the only way for stability in Kosovo. We have a historic opportunity that can be very important for the entire region. The sides show flexibility and willingness to find a final solution. So, NATO is present in Kosovo and we take the situation very seriously there”, Stoltenberg/tch said.
