I was stolen in three minutes, case closed to”, this is Range Rover's owner after the Top Channel attack.

Ramadan Makolli has confessed the story of how he was stolen for three minutes by the type “Range Rover” in the summer of 2020 worth 36 thousand euros in Lezha. This car was allegedly used by the authors of the gun attack on Top Channel, where the guard of this object, 60-year-old [...]
The owner of the car, Ramadan Makolli, said that the case was then reported to police and prosecutors in Lezha, but that the car had “written” freely 3 years, until yesterday it was burned. The police there have even closed the case.
He was confirmed yesterday by the police that the burnt car was the same one that he reported stolen in 2020.
I have the whole file when he stole my car from me in front of the restaurant. War Crimes Police have found it through the calling number, that the squirrel is completely burned. I've been reformed by the Kosovo police, they've been begging for it in Albania. It's not coming back. When they called to Kosovo, it turns out it's the same car of Kosovo that I stole it three years ago. I have the date that I've called the police and the prosecutor there, and they didn't even want to give me any information, nor the documents that I had stolen from the squirrel, but I never would have signed. With the initiative, the subject was given to me by a prosecution document, and it closed the subject as a process without calling me, without questioning me. I needed a lawyer to open procedure”, he told Express.
He adds that at the time the value of the car was 36 thousand euros, while waiting from the Albanian state to find his car.
They also said that Kosovo could steal its own car because as it has two keys, I two keys as never just one fool. It's an interesting occasion. I've been waiting for the state that's after interest, I've gone to the Kosovo Embassy there. I've even called our police, I've been told this job is INTERPOL's, and as the car is located, the Albanian state itself announces it at INTERPOL”, he says.
He points out that his car was stolen in three minutes and that the lights were turned off at the time of his theft.
With documents, with a book with clothes all stolen from me. I have records that it was a parked car. The restaurant has turned off the lights, unless the car gets investigated, they've got three minutes 'cause they're wearing the theme”, he said.
He said he has expressed his doubts about who could steal his car.
I had all the... Now when something is stolen in front of my house, I have some kind of responsibility, as soon as I'm stopped with the rifle, I've had the competition from the hotel owner that everything that happens is responsible for”, he said.
He also talked about how he felt when he saw his car burn.
I've been embarrassed, like the first time he stole from me. It's very important to me that the car was found... and I've had the last car call, and I've had fun for days where I've got”, he said.
Asked whether the Albanian state has asked for Makolli to be interviewed after the attack on Top Channel, he said “they have the request, but until” is stabilised.
Don't ever happen to me that they've found anything, three years of car is running freely, plus they've closed the case”, he concluded.
Albania's police invite citizens to provide information to the authors of this serious event and charge 100,000 euros in rewards for any valuable information that will lead to author identification.
