The owner of the car, Ramadan Makolli, said that the case was then reported to police and prosecutors in Lezha, but that the car had “written” freely 3 years, until yesterday it was burned. The police there have even closed the case.
He was confirmed yesterday by the police that the burnt car was the same one that he reported stolen in 2020.
