Three steps left to finalise visa liberalisation

On the road towards finalisation of this process, there are three steps that are procedural, since there are already political differences between member states in the process.
Following yesterday's vote, the next step is for representatives of three EU institutions, the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission to sign the legal act.
The moment this step is completed, then the publication procedure remains in the official newspaper along with the date of the law's entry, and the third or last step is the entry of visa liberalisation into force.
This will happen no further than January 1st, 2024, until when will Kosovars be able to move freely to the Schengen Zone depends on the system E TIAS, for which efforts are being made to function.
