The low fee for consumers spending under 800 kilowatts is 2.89 cents (free TVS) on low or overnight fees and 6.75 cents (free TVS) on high or day.

While for the kilowatts spent on the 800 kilowatt block, the high or daily fee consumers will pay 12.5 cents, while the low or overnight fee will be paid by 5.9 cents.
