Regarding publishing dozens of names for which The Hague claims they were killed during the war, the Special Court in an answer to the Inseder Journal have said that there are no longer reasons for those names to remain edited, and that even in the least edited new version, they have discovered the names.
The “in light of the publicity principle, confidential files, including edited charges, are regularly reviewed and editing can be removed, after careful consideration and case by case, whenever the original reason to justify editing is no longer applied, the Special for Inseder have said.
Based on these lists published by the SPS, the murder is said to have been in the municipality of Lipjan, Podujevo, Skyright, Ferizaj, and Rahovec.
Until, after publishing the names of the victims allegedly killed and disappeared during the war, even Faton Klink from OVL-KLA has reacted.
Klink has described this act as disgrace and scandal, as he calls it “The Special Special Prosecutor's Office”.
As he had written, witnesses are being threatened.
