Serbs in the north continue to pay no cents per current

After Serbia's failure to implement the agreement on electricity, Serbian citizens of northern municipalities continue to pay no cents for electricity. Nor are they aware that the current will be expensive for 14% by April, when new energy tariffs are expected to be applied.
When they hire me, pay the power, nobody leaves the pay. From what we live for, unemployed, none of my family works, me or my kids. With what? Let it become as much as it wants, as I do”, says a citizen.
It's not okay until two years ago, my bills came up, I have all the paperwork, nobody paid me, and I cut it off”, adds another.
No, the bills are here, not now. The whole international community knows. When they get there in Brussels, then we all pay for it, no jokes about the state, it's not okay, but where do I know? That's the situation right now, don't pay me”, says another citizen.
While, according to analysts from the north, there is currently no readiness to pay the current from Serbs in northern municipalities.
The “have realized that the current is not from God, that it must pay to those who serve. At present it does not seem that the atmosphere exists for him, because we are in a position where Serbs are hearing only counsel from official Belgrade”, says Serbian political analyst Branislav Krstic.
The Serbian side has not implemented the energy agreement even 10 years after the technical agreement that had been adopted by the Kosovo Assembly in April 2013, nor by the additional agreement of 015.
The last time, when Government negotiated energy with Serbia was June of last year when the parties agreed on a guide for implementation of energy agreements within 100 days, which again failed to implement.
