Russia accepts the latest attacks on Ukraine: It's revenge.

The Russian Defence Ministry has confirmed in recent minutes that a massive attack that destroyed Ukraine this morning was revenge. Moscow claimed it was in response to an alleged terrorist attack on the Russian region of Bryansk, which borders Ukraine.
Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed Russia had been hit by a <x0-terrorist attack” in the southern region.
Ukraine, in turn, accused Russia of organising a “provocation<x1 false>.
However, Kiev also seemed to imply that some kind of operation was indeed performed by Russian anti-government partisans.
Putin had accused the authors of having opened fire on civilians in a car, including children.
Bryansk Governor Alexander Bogomaz said the attack had killed two people and injured an 11-year-old boy.
