The judge asked whether the General Staff had been an irregular organisation, and Thaci's lawyer, Gregory Keohe, was hired.
“Yes is very fair. It reflects the evidence that we will present during the process. You will hear from witnesses the chain of command in the KLA. She's been divided into brigades, chaotics. These are some of the evidence that will be presented and reflected not only by KLA members of SPS, but also by other witnesses”, Keohe said.

“Allow me to highlight a section: in an attempt to carry out the test burden SPS has misunderstood and misrepresented the role of the General Staff in the KLA by misdesigning it as an organisation from above, which was operated operationally by the headquarters. The trial is expected to begin 3 April.
