Warning concerning the correction/L adaptation process of eventual differences between the old wage system and the new wage system, following the introduction of Law No.08/L 196 for the Salaries in the Public Sector.
Following the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's Decision, No. 04/128 of the year 16.02.23, the Ministry of Internal Affairs/Department for Public Officials Management, in co-operation with the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers/Thesari of State, has begun working on the correction of eventual differences between the rankings that have been implemented in the old system, and in what it has begun to implement in February from the legal consequences of law entry No.08/L to 196 for the Parliament in the Public Sector.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs/Department for Management Public Officials (MPB/DMZP) reports all parties that it has in time sent reports with relevant explanations to all human resource management units, where procedures have become known, addresses where requests are submitted, necessary documents supporting the demands of the parties, etc. In this address, the official electronic address on which the requirements are submitted has been introduced ([email protected]), in which, human resource management units, have been instructed to summarize individual requests required for a review and eventually correction of differences, and then, handing over the requirements outlined in the DMZP, from human resources units. For ease and efficiency, demand that demand at the DMZP be fully delivered in summary through units responsible for human resource management.
As far as differences have occurred, The DMZP announces the opinion that all inaccuracies that were not caused by lack of job classification, in accordance with Law No.08/L 196 for Salaries in the Public Sector and Government Decision No. 04/128 of the 1602.23s will be corrected and all values negativeed by incompatibilities will be compensated through retroactively. On the other hand, all claims of errors stemming from the lack of internal acts on job classification through institutions influenced by Law No.08/L 196 for the Salaries in the Public Sector will be addressed in the process of completing job ratings in public institutions at the moment of their approval and entry into force.
The MPB will keep the opinion informed until completion of the process as long as it is explained above.
