What follows the reconciliation of the Declaration on Missing Persons between Kurt and Vuchy?

On Saturday, in Ohrid, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq agreed on the annex to implement the agreement for normalising reports between the two countries, including the Declaration of Missing Persons. This case has been discussed by the chairman of the Government Commission for Missing Persons, Andy Hoti. He has [...]
The application of the agreement on normalisation reports between Kosovo and Serbia as an urgent issue is also cited in the Declaration of Missing Persons.
The “Piles agree to adopt the Declaration of Missing Persons as an urgent matter, as negotiated in the EU facilitated dialogue”, says in the annex.
The chairman of the Government Commission for Missing Persons, Andy Hoti, has said that the annex for missing persons has been removed several times but that they have insisted on not being removed (Enter Express).
For 15 hours the appointment has lasted, over 4 times the total portion of the found from the annex has been removed on the pretext that it is not important. Even in the final draft, which was either received or granted permission, this part wasn't, but we insisted. In the final draft, deadlines have been removed and some other” things, Hoti said.
Hoti has also indicated the steps she will take after the Ohrid Agreement. He has said the Declaration of Missing Persons is expected to be signed by Kurti and Vuciq, while a joint committee to be chaired by the EU will be established after the signing.
After all this, Hoti says he'll demand exchange of information about missing persons. He adds they have information that Serbia has burned troops, but we expect data because we can't know who they are.
The next several days, the declaration, drafted in Brussels by Prime Minister Kurti and President Vuciq, is expected to be signed. After the signing, a joint committee to be chaired by the EU is expected to be established and to support and monitor the work of the working group. Then we're going to start looking for the exchange of information, which means we're going to seek specific and classified information of the Serbian Army and police. If they don't give us the papers, at least they give us the information and let us access the dig based on information. The information we receive from the archives of Serbia does not solve the whole problem of the missing, because we are witnesses that Serbia has committed various crimes in Kosovo, but at least one guide that can give us knowledge of the fate of those people and locations where they could bury, exhumations or other ways. We have information that has burned the bodies and without this information, we have no way to find them because they're burned. It's heavy for family members, but it's true and the world needs to know, because [Serbia] has carved asphalt with people's bones”, Hoti said.
When asked whether Miroslav Lajcak and Josep Borrell are aware of these, Hoti said that with Borrell he has not met, while Lajcak “has taken it to” all.
I've never had contact with Borrell, but Lajcak from the first day that I'm at the meeting, I've repeatedly told him about the various crimes Serbia has committed to different types, including the sharing of bones in two locations. These know everything, but I can't talk anymore. Serbia is what needs to give the answer to this”, he said.
Hoti estimates that the only solution to have co-operation from Serbia is its condition on the road to membership in the European Union.
“I think the only solution is conditioning and we know Serbia's goal is the path to EU membership. And if Serbia does not condition on this very road or other forms, then it would be a big problem for Serbia to accept its crimes”, he said.
We remember that the number of missing persons is about 1600.
