The PSD has placed 205 thousand petition signatures against the Association collected in 2016.
On 27 February, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, met in Brussels under the dialogue process.
Kurti said Kosovo was willing to sign, but that Serbia has not been ready.
The next meeting is expected to be held March 18th in northern Macedonia.
The European Union's Special Emisar for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has said that the Asociacon of the Serb majority municipalities does not weaken the functioning of the state of Kosovo.
Lajcak said he has 16 European models on his table, writes Kosovapress.
