Presidency does not show whether to postpone elections in the north, responsibilities to the CEC

Former CEC Chairman: Proclaiming and postponing elections is presidential competence

Former head of the Central Election Commission (KQZ), Valdete Daka, in a proposal for Front Online says both the announcement and the postponement of elections are the presidency's competence.
