Someone is boycotting work.
The entire staff of the Operational Fleet for the Service of Police, as Front Online finds out, are on strike.
Contacted by Front Online, the Police Union has admitted that the Operational Fleet is only working on emergency cases.
They have denied that there is a strike, but only that it is dissatisfied and is not working with full capacity.
“Flota is on the run, are performing some emergency jobs, they are doing them, but not with full capacity”, says Imer Zeqiri, Chief Justice Editor.
Kosovo police officials will wait until the end of March, as they have received promises from the government.
“We have also agreed with the Navy, and with all members of police, we are awaiting promises that the government has given since we accepted the February pay, that they will place the risk surplus for police officials and provide an addition to special and specific jobs for the civilian staff. If that is not true, disappointments have been the maximum. As agreed, we will wait until the end of this month”, he says about Front Online.
Zeqiri says of Front Online that they will act as required by police members.
If it doesn't happen, we'll deal with members, even police officials and other members, what they want the union will do the same, he told Front Online.
Front Online has also sought answers from the Kosovo Police, but the latter have said that we should address the Police Union on this issue.
