But Petkovic said the Association of Serb majority municipalities must be founded now, adding that this is also the obligation of the Ohrid Agreement.
The Ohrid Agreement defines Pristina's obligation to form Association in line with previous agreements from the dialogue, as reported in Anex”, Petkovic wrote on Twitter.
He has criticised Prime Minister Kurti, who “is trying to break free from obligation”, as Petkovic put it.
On March 18th, Kosovo and Serbia reached an agreement in Ohrid, but there was no signature for it.
European Union for Foreign Policy and Security chief Josep Borrell, after the meeting Kurti Vuciq, had said there was agreement..
