Petkov responds to Kurti: The association is now established

The director of the so-called “Office for Kosovo”, in Serbia's Government, Petar Petkovq, has responded to Kosovo Republic Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who has declared on Tuesday that “does not have autonomy or self-government for Serbs, but has only de facto recognition between Kosovo and Serbia”. But Petkovic said the Association of Serb majority municipalities must be founded now, adding that this is also the obligation of the Ohrid Agreement.
The Ohrid Agreement defines Pristina's obligation to form Association in line with previous agreements from the dialogue, as reported in Anex”, Petkovic wrote on Twitter.
He has criticised Prime Minister Kurti, who “is trying to break free from obligation”, as Petkovic put it.
On March 18th, Kosovo and Serbia reached an agreement in Ohrid, but there was no signature for it.
