He, after meeting with Kenya's president, William Ruto, said this is a historic moment for Kosovo's diplomatic reports with Kenya.
“during the meeting he announced he has made a decision with which the Republic of Kenya has formalised the start of co-operation with the Republic of Kosovo in all areas of common interest. This is a historic moment for Kosovo diplomatic reports with Kenya”, Pacolli wrote on Facebook.
