After Osman, Lajcak goes to Kurt's office

Lajcak is staying in Kosovo today, ahead of the March 18th meeting to be held in Ohrid between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
European Union Special Envoy (BE) for Kosovo Dialogue Serbia Miroslav Lajcak will remain on Thursday (now) for official visit to Kosovo.
At the meeting, expected to begin by 1600, he will be with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, where he is expected to discuss the Guide to Implementation of the European Plan.
Before meeting with Kurti, Lajcak will also meet with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani at 14:10.
After Pristic Lajcak is expected to visit Belgrade as well.
This is his first visit to Kosovo and Serbia, since the February 27th meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, which was held in Brussels.
After that meeting Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti had said he was willing to sign agreement on the European porse proposal, according to him, the Serbian side has refused. And Serbia's president, Vuciq, had declared nothing has been achieved since Kurt refused association. For EU officials, however, the meeting has been successful.
European Union Foreign Policy chief Josep Borrell had said that both leaders have agreed that there is no longer any need for discussions on the EU proposal and that they have expressed readiness to continue implementing the agreement after discussions on modalising its provisions. The next meeting between Kurti and Vuciqi is expected to be held on March 18th in northern Macedonia.
