According to Mustafa Osmani, it did not show whether the agreement is in line with the Kosovo Constitution and how the constitutionality assessment of this agreement will be made.
“Kosovo's president has cited the need for the agreement to go to the Assembly, but she has said no words on her own, it would take the president to deal with this issue as well because she has the role to take care of constitutionality”, he told Kanal 10.
He adds that the president has not played a role in the agreement except that he has suggested that the deal's 7th point will be problematic, it has been peripheral in talks on the deal.
We recall that Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has criticised the European Union since they, according to her, are demanding more from Kosovo than from Serbia.
