The next high-level meeting between Kosovo and Serbia under the dialogue is expected to clarify the issue of association of Serb majority municipalities.
The US ambassador to Belgrade Christopher Hill, who said he is working on organising a new meeting, has also spoken about it, and that according to him it is key issues to define the form of association.
University Professor Seb Bytyci says the association will have a co-ordinating role and that it will not affect municipal competencies.
Political science professor Dritero Arifi says the form of association will be designed in harmony with Kosovo's laws and Constitution.
Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca in an interview in Tv1 has stated they have received strong guarantees that this association will be a kind of forum.
