Zogaj has stressed that with the KDR's compliance, for Serbs in the north there will be a transparent decision on the way these resignations will be handled.
“6 people are in process of formal discipline, while others are in a process of resignation. The KDR will have a transparent decision”, he said.
He says there are indicators on this matter.
The fact that we haven't had a pressing process of resignation approval has been that there have been indicators through the media and through other sources of information. Therefore, it has been very important for us to understand whether it has been a voluntary act of resignation or is an act dictated by other factors. This process is under way, we are in communication with the state prosecutor”, he has said further.
“K The JCK is seriously handling the issue of judges' resignations in the north and, we have also announced the public opinion that there are disciplinary procedures against some judges who have been involved in potential ethical and disciplinary violations”.
He indicated that all judges who have resigned, including administrations that are about 145 people, are not paid off from the day they resigned. /Front Online
