Macron has said France and Germany will continue to participate actively in the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
French President, as airing “B92”, said it is essential that both sides show responsibility and implement what is agreed on in Ohrid.
“Hail the agreement that was reached on March 18th with the mediation of EU High Representative Borrell. It is now essential that both sides show responsibility by immediately implementing the agreement in its entirety and trust”, Macron said, at the end of a two-day summit of EU leaders in Brussels,
The French president estimated that Paris and Berlin co-operated very closely in terms of the agreement and announced that “will continue to be active in this direction”.
At the end of the summit's first day in Brussels, the leaders of the EU countries approved conclusions on which they welcome the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia for the Agreement's implementation of the normalisation of relations “integral part of their path towards the EU”.
