Last month, the prime minister announced that the housing project for young couples would start to be implemented this year, but that the project could cost 200m euros.
Referring to this project, Kurt said among other things:
“The affordable housing project is a unique project and is implemented for the first time in Kosovo. It should be stressed that this project is completely different from the social cases housing that already exist in Kosovo, which for this is approved by the Council of Europe Development Bank's 25m-euro loan, and is soon expected to come to the Assembly as a draft law and agreement. The project is complex and is being implemented for the first time in Kosovo. It requires expertise for sustainable implementation. As Government we will do everything we can to make the project planned to be realised as soon as possible”, the prime minister concluded.

Journalist Fazliu: Murati confirmed that the project cost 88 million, how did 200 million become?
In one of the recent debates of KTV's Confront show, journalist Eraldin Fazliu raised the subject, as a concern for Kurti Government's nontransparence.
And a year and a half ago, I had Minister Iron Murati on the show, and he only answered it, will be, will be, will be done, now we're halfway through the mandate, and then I asked him if it's 88 million euros. Today, we don't know how that project will cost 200, so?
“Here the iron grew. The armor grew. In his pocket, the reasonings, only amounted to”, reconciled Demak to Fazliu by ironising with the ongoing argument with the war in Ukraine for rising prices. /Periscopi
