Kurt's like the journalists' questions: Instead of asking Serbia why they sign, you're asking me when I'm going to do the Association.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has asked the international factor to condemn Serbia's behaviour for not signing the agreement, which has been proposed by the European Union for normalising Kosovo-Serbia relations. Kurti has said that implementation of the agreement would have to begin yesterday, as he has said, there is no deadline for implementation to begin.
He made those statements before the media Tuesday after attending the second national conference for the World Social Work Day note.
The implementation of this agreement has to start since yesterday, because even the implementation plan says there is no future deadline when implementation of the agreement should begin. The basic agreement and implementation plan are already agreed on. For us this is of an agreement, but I expect from international factors to judge, condemn Serbia's behaviour, which when meetings take place says I don't sign, between meetings says it does not implement anything”.
I cannot speak the other side against Kosovo's membership in international organisations, including the United Nations. I cannot speak that I will never recognise Kosovo, as the basic agreement is recognition de-facto”, the executive head has said.
On the other hand, Kurti has indicated that Serbia should now be asked why it is refusing to sign this agreement, which the parties' contents have had since the February 27th meeting in Brussels.
“I believe that now it should not be the ball on the side of Kosovo, but on Serbia's side. Instead of asking Serbia why you're not signing it, they ask me when you're going to do the Asociation”, he has declared, telegraphing.
