As Kurti hints, his offer was rejected by Vuciq, prior to the conclusion of the Ohrid Agreement, which the Serbian president refused to sign.
“Passy refused to sign the February 27th Agreement and before once again reject the signing of Anex on March 18th, Serbia's president has rejected my generous offer of self-awareness of Kosovo Serbs in an association that I would draft and propose”, Kurti wrote.
In the end, Kurt's asked an ironic question about Vuchy's refusal approach.
