Germany's ambassador to Belgrade, Anke Konrad, has said Germany again called on Kosovo and Serbia for compromise.

She has said that both sides should do so in order to move on the road towards the EU.

I don't think anyone would say anything unless you show results by March 18th that it's the end. It's not. We have been working on the discretion of normalising relations for a very long time, especially in the latter. We are trying to demonstrate realistically that normalisation can be achieved and we are hoping and urging both sides to find a compromise. It is obviously difficult, but to find a deal, a compromise and move towards the EU”, she told Tanjug.

The implementation of the European proposal for normalisation of reports is the next step Kosovo and Serbia must take in a relatively short period of time.

The European Union after the February 27th meeting, said the leaders of Kosovo and Serbia agreed to a Western-backed agreement, but did not have a document signing due to disagreements for its implementation, which would require more talks.

Kurt and Vucinq are expected to meet again in Ohrid on March 18th.
