I want to discuss openly with you at this point whether this agreement should be ratified in the Assembly even when. As you may have noticed, some of our allies are so concerned about Serbia's wrong path that they are looking at them in their fingers and sometimes with one eye or even more closed.
Who's trying to pull it any harder?
