Kurti: I respect past agreements in accordance with Constitution

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, in the Kosovo Assembly, has spoken about the European plan and has also been banned from implementing the Association.

Kurti has said this agreement paves the way for Kosovo's membership in international organisations.

Kurt has refused to share the Association Agreement as single. It has only stated that all agreements that are implemented will be made in line with the Kosovo Constitution.

“I would not allow to negotiate anything that is in line with the Constitution of Kosovo, and something that allows mono-ethnicity or creates space for Serbia's intervention in Kosovo. None of this ever. None of the mistakes of past governments will ever be repeated. Many details I cannot say, but the sound mind easily understands them from a reading of my actions and texts. At this point, let me point out that the only thing that's having a problem with this agreement is that it's related to inherited obligations and that there's international consensus that needs to be implemented. Article 10 of the deal in the last sentence that says Brussels agreements must be implemented”, Kurt said.

I've admitted there's a bag of deal. And to implement these agreements, they must be implemented on time and constitutional and legal normalisation.
