Kurti: Biden, Schelz's Blinken have said mutual recognition is essence

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said today that normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia should be done with mutual recognition at the centre.

As he said during his engagement at the Economic Forum in Skopje, this is an assessment by American but German politics, conveys Klonkosova.tv.

This economic and democratic progress has been praised by various prestigious international organisations. But I have to admit that despite being a normal country, our relations with Serbia are not normal, and we have to normalise relations between our two countries”.

And I think normalising relations can be done with mutual recognition as a central part. This is said by President Beden, Secretary Blinken, Chancellor Scholz, who bilateral recognition, is essence, the central part of the full normalisation of the relations we are earnestly trying to build and move on with the EU proposal, which has been presented to both sides, me and the president of Serbia, and we have accepted the text with this proposal and we have approved in the two capitals and then to Brussels”.
