He has said the agreement would have to start implementing since yesterday, and for that fact he has asked the internationals to condemn Serbia.
The implementation plan said there is a deadline when the agreement should begin to implement. The implementation plan is already agreed on. For us this is an agreement, but I expect from the international factor to condemn and judge Serbia's behaviour, which when meetings are held says that I do not sign between meetings, says I do not do anything”, Kurti said in a statement to journalists.
I'm the only one at these Brussels meetings making proposals, the other side doesn't make proposals, I make proposals that are rejected, and we finally deal and the other side don't sign. For others, we will be in constant contact with European mediators, as well as with the United States that we thank so much and it would have to form that framework for the protection of Serb minorities according to the Council of Europe”, the prime minister said.
