Kurt does not like Lajcak's statement, he retaliates: No word”commune” to” Association”

The country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, has responded to the EU's special emissary for Kosovo dialogue, Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, who said yesterday that “Kosovo has the obligation to start immediately with implementing part of the agreement related to the formation of the Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo”. Kurt said [...]
Kurti said it does not match the word “community with the word municipality or association”, adding that they are not the same thing.
“At point 7 of the basic agreement is said to be “an adequate level of self-awareness of the Serb community”. It says Serbian “community”, not “communate”. The community is not a territorial category, and municipalities are territorial units, so it is not the same”.
I understand they're not completely different, but they're not the same thing. I have said in the assembly that from my point of view, when we say Serbian sub-community “, then we automatically go to the framework agreement for protection of minorities according to the KiE. This is the platform on which we're also engaged for the” communities, Kurti said.
On the other hand, he said he does not deny the two past agreements -- the April 19th 2013 and August 25th of 2015 -- but according to him, the two agreements are very vulnerable.
The first “Agreement has been violated by Serbia's own president, who has ordered Serbian structures for integration into the Kosovo system and then collective resignation. This is a violation of the April 19th 2013 agreement. So, the 2013 agreement does not deny that exists, but we find it violated by Serbia”.
The 2015 S.E. Agreement has passed the Constitutional Court test on 23 articles in all chapters of that accord, Kurti said.
