Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has given a long interview for the popular magazine “Shenja”, which is managed by Albanians in Skopje.

He has spoken extensively on many topics, including the figure of Hashim Thaci, Ibrahim Rugova and Adem Demacchi, broadcasts Kdankosova.tv.

What asked the Sign Magazine?

You were a close associate of Adam Demach. You were, too, very active even in the time of politics of the late President Ibrahim Rugova. You have been a strict opponent of the policies of former President and KLA leader Hashim Thaci. I have two questions: First, what brings together these three figures and, second, where do you think they were wrong in the Kosovo statehood process? ” was the interviewer's question.

And including former President Thaci, who he once called <x0 ...trandary”, Prime Minister Kurti now estimated that these three figures should be remembered with respect.

At this time, these three figures should be remembered with respect for their contributions, which were essentially different, although in the same direction -- that of Kosovo's independence. That's exactly what brings these three different figures together. I am not allowed as prime minister of all Kosovo citizens to comment or criticize historical personalities, within the framework of their contributions to Kosovo. Let historians handle this. I have a duty to respect and be grateful that everyone has given as much as they could, Kurti said.
