“The KMDLN has reacted many times against the numerous violations they have been committed and are being addressed to military and institutional leaders whose judgment is designed to start on April 3, 2023 and consider them innocent by respecting the principle of presumption of innocence, which was brutally violated by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office and Specialised Chambers in many cases. In this context KMDLNj has supported and will support any protest, demonstrations or manifestations respecting democratic rules in defence of Thaci's rights and justice, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselin and Rexhep Selimi, both in the diaspora and within the country”, said at KMDLNj's announcement.
According to this institution, in the absence of institutional support in Kosovo, not to intervene in justice, but to ensure a fair trial, fair, impartial and politically uncontinented and interest groups that impose international documents on the rights of persons deprived of the freedom and Constitution of Kosovo, organising the march for justice by the “Liria has the name” remains the shooting and necessary citizen response to protection of the rights of Hashim Thaci, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselin and Rexhepi, and as such will be supported by the KNL aspects of the rights of the innocent persons and the principle of freedom of freedom of the principle.
The prejudgment is not justice, it is violation of human rights and international standards for a fair, impartial and unjudged judgment, and, in this context, the march for justice must protect these values and these standards, is therefore necessary as the day when the march for justice will be organised, until the time when justice will be realised for Hashim Thaci, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselinin and Rex through a fair, fair and impartial judgment, as universal values of the human rights guaranteed by the Universal Declaration for Human Rights of the United Nations, the United Nations, the European Court of Human Rights of Kosovo and the Constitutions of Kosovo, by the Balkans, it is for reporting in the media.
