Isa Mustafa: Hashim Thaci has rules for Association

Mustafa says the first agreement is agreement to establish Association what Thaci signed as prime minister and that 84 votes were ratified in the Assembly.

There were really Thaci and Enver Hoxha lying openly because the signing of the first agreement on which the first six points are for association because it's said to be founded, that's the agreement for establishing association. It has gone to the Assembly and has been ratified by 84 votes and ratified by law, and then Parliament has ratified the agreement by law and the president has signed the law for ratification of the first agreement. So the first deal is law, not just deal”, he declared on the “debate tip” in Tv1.

Likewise, Mustafa says he has not signed but has given principles on how to become the statute of Association.

We haven't signed, we signed principles. We've paved a path of how the statute of Association can be made, and what are the ways that that statute will be in harmony with the Constitution and association with the Constitution. But Thaci has said that at moments when he began to seek a different solution, border correction. He was not a professor, and he was not honest because you can't, so he's got his signature. It has not been possible to reach the assembly without Thaci's signing as prime minister and he has proposed it to the Assembly.
