What Hoxhaj wants is that Kosovo insists on the first three articles.
“What it would take is that the first, second and third article, where it speaks of UN principles for handling states equally. Here Kosovo must insist. You can find models from around the world. Like China that recognizes Macau and Honkong passports. Or that of Greece, which with my mediation, recognized our passports”, he said.
There is no de-facto or de-jure recognition, but there is recognition and it comes in different forms. As with diplomatic marks as with bilateral and other relations”, Hoxhaj added.
