Kosovo Constitutional Court has decided to declare the Law for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council invalid, following request for assessment of the constitutionality of this law by MPs from the Democratic Party of Kosovo and the Democratic League of Kosovo last year.
Former Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has resulted in the Constitutional Court's decision, which praised the Law adopted by the government, Kurti, for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
