Hoti has recalled Prime Minister Albin Kurti's statement, which had said the Kosovo Privatisation Agency would be extinguished that its assets will be passed on to the Sovereign Fund. This Fund has yet to be created, even though it has been listed as a priority in the ruling programme of the ruling party.
Hoti has published an AKP statement regarding “Vala 62” of privatisation, until she said the privatisation process is continuing waves from those who “han was charged with”.

Kurti's word in the Kosovo Assembly in 17.05.2021 at the presentation of the Government Programme 2021-2025:
The Kosovo Privatisation Agency will shut it down and transfer it to agencies within the Government, and establish the Development Agency for Development Policy Guidance between ministries and independent agencies. ”
The Government programme 2021-2025, page 9: “, will be committed to creating the Sovereign Fund. The Sovereign Fund will take over the strategic assets of the Republic of Kosovo to wave them, enable foreign investments and access to foreign capital markets. Likewise, the Sovereign Fund will have exclusive responsibility for investments in the growth of Trepca's value, KEK, Telekom and Post. As a result, we will eliminate the Kosovo Privatisation Agency through its transfer to agencies within the Government.
