According to Hoti, all the promises, which he listed, were violated during the two years of the rule of “Kurti-Osmani”.
So Hoti estimated that people have been deceived, so current power should come before citizens.
The Ohrid Agreement conflicts with all these conditions. People have been misled. We need a new warrant based on this deal. They must once again appear before citizens with the new government positions. Hoti.
